I've added a few more things to the Resources page. This includes, most notably, a link to the Electronic Literature Directory because why was that not there in the first place?
This is a good question, to which we may never know the answer. The point, though, is that it has been fixed.
As the Resources lists continue to grow, please feel free to suggest things.
